بررسی راندمان مصرف انرژی و تحلیل اقتصادی مزارع تولید چغندرقند در شهرستان میاندوآب، استان آذربایجان‌غربی

چکیده

در این مطالعه، تولید چغندرقند در شهرستان میاندوآب استان آذربایجان­غربی از دیدگاه راندمان مصرف انرژی و اقتصادی در سال زراعی 91-1390 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. مزارع منطقه از نظر مساحت در سه گروه: با مساحت کمتر از یک هکتار، با مساحت بین یک تا دو هکتار و با مساحت بیشتر از دو هکتار دسته­بندی شدند. اطلاعات مربوط به میزان نهاده­ها و ستاده­ها از طریق پرسش­نامه و مصاحبه با کشاورزان جمع­آوری گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که جمع کل انرژی مصرفی در تولید محصول چغندرقند در گروه­های بهره­برداری اول، دوم و سوم به ترتیب 40700، 46868 و 48646 و مجموع کل ستاده انرژی در سه گروه مزرعه­ای فوق به ترتیب معادل 565488، 857657 و 1081920 مگا­ژول در هکتار بود. راندمان مصرف انرژی در سه گروه مزرعه­ای به ترتیب 89/13، 30/18 و 24/22 درصد به دست آمد. هزینه کل تولید برای گروه­های سه گانه مزرعه­ای به ترتیب 40570، 42315 و 47996 هزار ریال در هکتار و شاخص نسبت فایده به هزینه برای گروه­های بهره­برداری فوق، به ترتیب 02/1، 42/1 و 56/1 بدست آمد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد مزارع بزرگتر دارای راندمان مصرف انرژی و عملکرد اقتصادی بالاتری بودند.

چکیده [English]

The objectives of this study were to determine the energy use efficiency and economical potential of sugar beet production in Miandoab city, West Azerbaijan province in 2011-12. Fields were classified into three groups as group I (less than 1 ha), group II (1-2 ha), and group III (more than 2 ha). Inputs and outputs data were collected from growers using questionnaire and interview methods. Results showed that the total energy input for the groups I, II and III was 40700, 46868, and 48646 MJ ha-1, respectively and the total energy output was 565488, 857657, and 1081920 MJ ha-1, respectively. Energy use efficiency for the groups I, II and III was 13.89, 18.30 and 22.24%, respectively. The total cost of sugar beet production for the groups I, II and III was 40570, 42315 and 47996 thousands Rials ha-1, respectively. The benefit-to-cost ratio for the groups I, II and III was 1.02, 1.42 and 1.56, respectively. Results of this study showed that larger farms had better energy use efficiency and economic performance.
