محاسبه انواع کارایی چغندرقند‌کاران بروجرد با استفاده از رهیافت تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها (DEA)

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین کارایی چغندرقند­کاران شهرستان بروجرد می­باشد. تحقیق بر مبنای تحلیل پوششی داده­ها بوده و داده­های تحقیق در سال زراعی 90-1389 از طریق نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده با تکمیل 100 پرسشنامه و مصاحبه حضوری از چغندرقندکاران جمع­آوری شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که متوسط کارایی فنی، اقتصادی و تخصیصی در حالت بازده ثابت نسبت به مقیاس به ترتیب برابر 0/83، 0/79 و 0/84 و در حالت بازده متغیر برابر 0/88، 0/78 و 0/83 می­باشد. طبق نتایج بدست آمده، با اجرای برنامه­های افزایش کارایی فنی و اقتصادی کشاورزان، بدون تغییر در سطح فن‌آوری و منابع به کار رفته، می‌توان تولید و سود را افزایش داد. همچنین برگزاری دوره­های آموزشی در ارتقای سطح مدیریت کشاورزان مؤثر می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed at determining the efficiency of sugar beet growers in Borujerd city, Iran. Data were collected from 2010-11 growing season by random sampling of sugar beet growers and filling 100 questionnaires and analyzed using data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. Results showed that the average technical, economical and special efficiencies were 0.83, 0.79, and 0.84 in fixed output state compared with the scale, respectively and 0.88, 0.78, and 0.83 in variable output state, respectively. According to the results, by performing technical and economic efficiency improvement programs for farmers, production and interest can be augmented without any change in technological levels and resources applied. Also, holding training courses can be effective for the improvement of farmers’ management levels.
